1-Arm Forward Ball Roll
The most common mistake when doing this type of movement is that people tend to bend over at the waist on the way up and also on the way down. The entire idea behind this movement is to force your spine to stay in alignment throughout the exercise - otherwise all you are doing is bending over while leaning on the ball, which really isn't that difficult. Also, by keeping your arm on the same horizontal path throughout the movement, you will strengthen the stabilizing muscles of your shoulder, which helps to prevent common shoulder injuries.
