The Fitness Destinations blog is the culmination of YEARS worth of work and study!

I spent 3 years as a Personal Trainer working one on one with people and helping to show them that they truly
can take control of their lives, lose weight, and be healthy.
Although I gave up the personal training lifestyle in order to be able to spend more quality time with the people that I care about, I still remain passionate about fitness, and about people being empowered to create wonderful lives for themselves.
This blog will contain both classic health, fitness, and
weight loss information, as well as on-going updates based on my own continuing efforts to find new ways to stay in shape, yet enjoy my life at the same time!
I welcome you to come along for the ride with me and share freely in the information that will be frequently updated on this blog.
