		<description>I agree , a lot of people wrongly lose weight by starving , and in the process lose calorie burning muscles.

It&#039;s sad because our present work environment has made it difficult to devote time for a good workout schedule , after a long hard day at work not only are we left with little time but also with depleted energy which makes keeping a exercise sked a bit difficult to keep.</description>

When you put in the right amount of fuel at just the right times, that fire (your metabolism) burns hot and long. However, if you put in too much or not enough, it will go out completely!</description>
