Flexibility is such an under-rated component of physical fitness, and in a program as intense as P90X, it might seem like a stretching for an hour is a joke compared to the intensity of the other workouts. Is it far less intense? Yes. Should you just skip it then? Absolutely not!
With a national obesity rate of nearly 30 percent, we know that we’re overweight. But if thin isn’t the indicator of fitness, and you can’t be large and fit, how are we supposed to tell if we’re healthy?
