What is Fitness Coaching, and how can it benefit YOU?

Fitness Coaches are just that – COACHES. They are not personal trainers, dietitians, nutritionists, or physical therapists. A Fitness Coach’s job is to give you ALL of the information that you need to lose weight or get in shape, and then to give you guidance, support, friendship, and knowledge throughout your entire fitness journey.

Here at Fitness Destinations, Fitness Coaching is 100% free to all of our customers! Aaron and Shanna Potts both have many years of experience coaching our clients to success, and we offer our services 100% free of charge. All we ask is that since we are making a commitment to you, that you in turn make a commitment to us by signing up via either one of our Team Beachbody Coaching pages.

Aaron and Shanna are a Coaching team, and we work together for the success of all of our clients. When you sign up with either of us as your Coach, you are actually getting both of us – and again – our Coaching services do not cost you anything. We do, however, highly encourage you to utilize the same at home workout and nutrition programs that we have both used to attain our personal results.

We have both used the home exercises and at home workouts provided by Team Beachbody, and you have probably already heard of many of those programs. They include P90X, RevAbs, TurboFire, Insanity, Turbo Jam, and many more.
