Over the course of the last few years of me being a personal trainer, and Shanna and myself both mastering programs like Insanity and P90X, as well as being Fitness Coaches for Beachbody, our wealth of knowledge about health, weight loss, and exercise has grown exponentially. With the official launch of FitnessDTV (Fitness Destinations Television), we can now share that information with you!
This will be an on-going video series where we talk about and help you with all things health, fitness, and weight loss. On tap already, our list of categories to create content for include:
- Exercise - effective exercises, as well as how to do them to get the most benefit, and also how to modify as needed based on your fitness level or any applicable limitations.
- Q & A – as we get questions from our hundreds of Coaching clients, we will be recording answers to those questions so you can benefit from real-world information being sought by the fitness-seeking public.
- Flavor of the Day – as we come across nutritional recipes, supplements, or other ways to fuel your healthy lifestyle, we will be sharing the inside scoop on tasty ways to stay in shape.
- Product Reviews – we will be sharing candid peeks behind the scenes of today’s popular exercise programs so you can find out what it’s REALLY like to do them, rather than just what the marketing hype tells you.
- Motivations and Modifications – this content will be geared towards helping you stay on track from an emotional standpoint, including ways to stay engaged even if you have specific health or physical conditions that create challenges for you.
- Anything & Everything – despite our personal brainstorming sessions, we are well aware that new ideas or requests will come up for specific content, and we will create videos for anything that is worthy of the valuable time of our viewers.
So, without further ado, here is the introductory video that Shanna and I put up about the new video series, and we have already recorded additional content that will be posted in the very near future.
