Right on! As you know, Shanna, I’ve got crummy knees. In some of the Body Gospel routines, they are all kicking like Jackie Chan! The most I can do is about half of that (which I couldn’t do before I began the program). But I figure what the heck, just keep moving, even if I’m not “text book perfect”.
