Trust me kids - this is one INTENSE workout. its not for the non-committed. It requires focus and willpower. If you have that, and you want to improve every aspect of your physical being, then the money that you pay for these videos is inconsequential. I am in my second week of P90X and it is NO JOKE. It hurts, all over - the good hurt. You know you are building muscles and working muscles you didn't know you have. Think Yoga is for skinny hippies? So did I, but not any more - I appreciate it for what it does to your body, your mind and for the euphoric feeling it causes afterwards. Ever want to learn a martial art? Kenpo-X will not get you that black or red belt, but it will teach you effective and practical strikes and kicks all while whipping your ass into shape! If you are in decent shape, and want to get into stellar shape. Do the P90X program. Go onto YouTube and search for P90X results videos, that's all the convincing you need. good luck and don't forget to BRING IT!!!!

P90x is definately awesome. It's brilliant for people who just want a workout that they can start without worry and can just get on with it instead of reading loads of books. The included meal plans are great too!

Good article. Look forward to reading the other 11. :)
