Yes, you do one disk each day, although when I did it, I took one day off each week, and it was the day that was just stretching. There is an entire disk that is packed with A LOT of great stretching exercises, but I only did that disk whenever I was feeling particularly tight or stiff.

		<description>I am a user and believer in P90X.  I really like the &quot;muscle confusion&quot; aspect.  Compared to a standard workout with weights, P90x seems to produce better muscle gain with less painful reps (for me anyways).
