Andy,

There are any number of abdominal workout variations, even with just these 6 exercises. The key is to make sure that EVERY SINGLE abdominal workout is truly challenging, and that you cross-train by not doing the exact same workout over and over again.

Personally, I'm a fan of variety, so I would choose 3 exercises and make an entire abdominal workout out of those 3 exercises. Then, 2 days later, I would do a workout with the other 3 exercises, then back to the original exercise set on day 5. Do that for a few weeks and you'll definitely see and feel the difference!

Good content there. Trying to firm up my stomach these days. I have just been doing a lot of cardio with my dog and hitting the ab roller. Also trying to control what I eat which is a huge part of getting those abs. Thanks for the different exercises. I think it'll help me a lot to mix it up.

Aaron, thanks for all the great tips. It's not easy to always get out to the gym and this stuff will really help for getting a workout at home.

Eve,

Squats, lunges, and step-ups are my favorite overall lower-body exercises. All 3 exercises work the quadriceps (top of leg), the inner and outer-thigh, and also the hamstrings (back of leg).

If you did nothing but those 3 exercises - but you did them right - you would never have to do any other leg exercises, except maybe some calf raises once in awhile.

Adam,

If I ever inspire someone to go to the gym, then I am ecstatic! Every single workout is a veritable plethora of goodness for the body, so squeeze in every workout that you can! :)
