1I say “go Tony” - it’s an inspiration to see a 50 year old in such good shape. I know that intense workouts are no fun and take a lot of dedication. It’s encouraging to read Tony’s story.

I couldn’t agree more. I have been into fitness off and on for more than 20 years, and I have seen the benefits of both the “on” phase, as well as the downfalls of the “off” phase.
Tony’s dedication to a consistently healthy lifestyle comes across not only in his incredible physique, but also his health, energy levels, and his incredibly youthful mentality - even at a half century old!
