Don&#039;t worry if you can&#039;t do the entire routines in P90X, or if you can&#039;t do as many repetitions or as much weight as the people in the videos.

As long as you TRULY do your best, you will get results from P90X. Also, Week 1 is the hardest. After that, you start to get a feel for the program, your body starts to get used to the workouts, and it gets better. Stick with it -  you&#039;ll be glad  you did! :)</description>

		<description>Do you mind me asking ??? i started this week and i had to stop 3 times in the middle of the routine because i didn&#039;t have any more strength &amp; power to go on ..... is that wrong ... will it mess with my program ? 
it is after all my first week .... i&#039;m hoping to get a hold of it and start next week doing FULL routines. thank you in advance.</description>

		<description>We did not stick to the diet verbatim out of the book, but we did follow a very healthy eating plan. Almost no sugar or saturated fats, most of our carbs came from fruits or small portions of healthy, complex carbs, and we always eat plenty of protein.

Add all of that to spreading those calories out over 5 to 6 meals a day, and it&#039;s an effective weight loss method, while still providing enough energy to keep up with P90X!</description>

		<description>Did you stick to the diet as well, because i am doing the lean workout but doing the exact diet, i have cut out sweets and sodas and pretty much all junk food. and my portion size is down just wondering what type of diet you did.</description>
