Here is a high-protein, low-fat chicken recipe straight from the archives at the Million Dollar Body Club®.

With a cooking time of only 8 minutes, not only is this recipe healthy, but it can be prepared in less than 10 minutes, leaving you plenty of time to get on with your day!

Chicken Satay
2 lbs. chicken breast, cut into 2-inch chunks
2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
1 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1-1/2 Tbsp. ginger, minced
1-1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Skewer chicken cubes and grill for 1 minute on each side. Makes 4 servings.
