If I am just doing cardio, I power up with nothing more than a cup of coffee about 30 minutes beforehand. However, if I'm going to be doing weight training followed by cardio, then after breakfast works best for me as well.

Still bright and energetic that early in the day, but not half asleep, either! :)</description>
